About
OTIS was four friends from Green Bay who played anywhere with a power outlet: battles of the bands, Arts on Broadway, the mayor's holiday lighting ceremony, backyard graduation parties and Bayfest. They knew covers from Simon & Garfunkel to Dave Matthews to Foo Fighters, but always liked playing their own songs best.
